Skate through this end of the world thing at Comcast ice rink

If the Mayans were wrong and you are reading this right now, you still have time to get you and your family down to Comcast Community Ice Rink for "End of the World" Lights Out Skate tonight.
The lights out skate goes from 7:45 to 9:15 tonight at Comcast Ice Rink, 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is the regular price of $9 for adults and youth and $3.50 for children age 5 and under. All prices include skate rental.

Comcast Community Ice Rink will also host a "Snowball Bash" on Dec. 24.
Have a white Christmas Eve, even if there's no snow outside. Inside the rink, there will be plenty of snow, shipped in by the Zamboni.
Guests can skate, play and build a snowman.
The "Snowball Bash" starts at noon Dec. 24.
Tickets are $5.
