Seattle district settles with teacher for $750,000
Denise Frisino said the district discriminated against her by not accommodating her health needs. She said mold at Nathan Hale High School made her sick.
District spokeswoman Teresa Wippel told The Seattle Times that the district spent a significant amount of money over three years on building changes.
The district decided to settle after an appeals court said the case could go to trial.
