Easy does it

Easy does it

He came to the right place: A man faces a drunken-driving charge after driving onto the lawn of a historic home in Vermont once owned by the co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous.

For 55-year-old Donald Blood III of Marlborough, Mass., the Serenity Prayer should be modified as follows: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Oh, and the ability to appreciate irony."

Afterward, everyone sat down to a buffet supper of Rice-A-Roni, the San Francisco treat.
