FORKS -- Fire has destroyed a Department of Natural Resources shop at the regional office in Forks.
Department spokesman Bryan Flint said the blaze started shortly after midnight Tuesday at an automobile shop building at the center of the DNR compound in Forks. He says the building was destroyed, as well as three pickup trucks and a wildfire firefighting engine that were inside the structure.
There was no damage estimate Wednesday, and investigators are still unsure what caused the fire to start.
