Police arrest naked burglar in Spokane

SPOKANE -- Spokane police believe they have captured the city's naked burglar.
Trevor Lee Franklin, 22, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of residential burglary. Police said Franklin entered a stranger's apartment unit and disrobed. He was arrested at the apartment.
Police are investigating whether he is the same man who tried to enter a home with his pants pulled down to his ankles early Sunday on Spokane's South Hill.
Police said his motive is unclear at this point, but no one was assaulted.
