Lynnwood Council re-elects Simmonds as Council president
The Lynnwood City Council re-elected Councilman Loren Simmonds as council president Monday.
The council also named Councilman Sid Roberts as council vice president for the new year.
Simmonds is in his fourth four-year term on the council, having been elected in 1999, 2003, 2007 and last year. Roberts won his first term in last year.
