EVERETT -- The city is seeking public comments on a ground-level parking lot that Providence Regional Medical Center Everett wants to build at its Colby campus.

The proposed lot at 1815 13th Street would have space for up to 295 employee vehicles. It would incorporate a rain garden and would collect and treat stormwater onsite. The lot itself would be about 2 acres, with another 2 acres for landscaping and other features.

The deadline for submitting written comments to the city is Jan. 29. A Design Review Committee meeting is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 30 at 2930 Wetmore Ave., Suite 8-C, Everett.

Send comments by email to dtyler@everettwa.gov or by mail to: City of Everett Planning, Attn: project planner Dave Tyler, 2930 Wetmore Ave. Suite 8-A, Everett, WA 98201.

For more information, go to www.everettwa.org, selected "public services," then "online permit search," and then "projects." The project number is SEPA12-042 or search using the address.
