No question that the multiple shootings in recent years are unacceptable, but lets look at the facts. Much has been said by those with little knowledge about the issue, which may or may not be political. The point is, the Gun Control Act of 1968 prohibits most people involved in the recent shootings from having a gun in their possession.
Recent laws like “HIPAA Act of 1996” (Patient Confidentiality) and the “Affordable Health Care Act” (Obamacare) do not permit health care providers to identify these individuals to the proper authorities to prevent them from obtaining guns. In other words, Congress makes laws and then makes laws that override the laws they previously made. I guess this makes sense if you realize these are the same people that have driven our country into a $16 trillion debt.
In some circles a group of baboons are referred to as a “congress”; I have to agree. All of this going on while liberal prosecutors bargain away gun law criminals and liberal judges refuse to impose harsh sentences on them. The most important issue now is for you to contact your school, see if their emergency [lan is current and functional and that they have taken whatever steps they can administratively and physically to prevent and react to any emergency when it occurs. In the mean time, we will have to wait and see if the: “Baboons” can figure this out.
