“Visiting Mr. Green”: Mr. Green is 86 years old and a widower. And he didn’t get to be 86 by being reckless. But his life was almost shortened abruptly when Ross Gardiner, a young corporate executive, drives recklessly and almost hits Mr. Green with his car.
These two guys can barely stand to be in the same room together, but the court orders Ross to visit Mr. Green weekly for the next six months.
Outcast Productions presents this poignant and funny play of how the relationship between these men turns from comic to endearing with both men opening up.
Between them, the men share family secrets and unearth long-ago painful memories until their time spent together blossoms into an unlikely friendship and a healing bond.
“Visiting Mr. Green” stars Ed Cornachio and David Mayer with direction by K. Sandy O’Brien.
