As gender neutrality increasingly becomes the norm, awarding separate acting Oscars to men and women strikes some as outdated.

But The Buzz believes separate Best Actor categories still are necessary: one for Daniel Day-Lewis, the other for everyone else.

Likable enough: President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton sat down for a joint interview with "60 Minutes" that aired Sunday. In it, the president showered his former rival with praise, but both he and Clinton declined to talk about a possible 2016 presidential candidacy for Clinton.

That probably had something to do with a stricken-looking Vice President Joe Biden lurking just off-camera.

Brand X: President Barack Obama on Tuesday will launch an effort to overhaul the nation's immigration laws, but some Democrats in Congress warn that the Obama brand is so toxic among Republicans that the plan may be doomed from the start.

Obama might consider rebranding his plan under a private label. How about The Western Family Immigration Reform Act of 2013.
