Police seek help finding Monroe-area man

MONROE -- Police are asking for help finding a missing Monroe-area man.
Sean Robert Wagner, 25, was last seen Jan. 18. Police believe he may be armed and suicidal.
Wagner is believed to be driving a silver 2005 Kia sedan, WA plate AJP6110.
