GriefShare: Mountain View Presbyterian Church begins its winter/spring series of GriefShare, a support group aimed at helping individuals cope with the death of someone close. “Beyond 2012” classes: Local author, yoga instructor and radio commentator Roy Holman presents a four-class series at the Everett Unity Church of Positive Living called, “Beyond 2012: Wake Up!” Attend any or all of the four classes and receive a copy of his book, “Healing Self, Healing Earth.” Classes touch on a variety of topics, including meditation and an energy shift update. Faith Lutheran Church free community dinner: Next dinner is 5-6:30 p.m. Feb. 5. Dinners are held the first and third Tuesdays of the month for everyone who needs a hot meal and enjoys conversation.
