Storm annouce 2013 schedule


The WNBA's Seattle Storm announced their 2013 regular-season schedule on Wednesday.

The Storm open the season on May 26 on the road against the Los Angeles Sparks and host the Phoenix Mercury in their home opener on June 2.

Other highlights on the Storm schedule include facing the defending WNBA champion Indiana Fever on the road on June 30. The two teams play a second game on August 17 at KeyArena. The Storm also face defending Western Conference champion Minnesota in back-to-back games on Sept. 7 and Sept. 10.

Nationally televised games featuring the Storm will be announced at a later date. The local broadcast schedule will also be released prior to the season.
