All six of Everett's scratches -- forwards Joshua Winquist (upper body), Tyler Sandhu (concussion) and Lucas Grayson (lower body), defensemen Austin Adam (mononucleosis) and Ayrton Nikkel (finger), goaltender Austin Lotz (ankle) -- are out with physical ailments. Defenseman Kevin Davis, who was called up to play last night, remained home in Kamloops. Defenseman Ryan Murray, whose season was ended because of a shoulder injury, has finally been removed from the roster.
