Windermere Real Estate in Mukilteo has hired Jeana McDonald. Most recently a vice president with EMB Management in Bellevue, McDonald spent 20 years at MacPherson’s Real Estate. She is a Lynnwood native and lives in South Everett.
Nils Bajczuk has joined Mountain Pacific Bank as senior vice president, commercial market manager. He will be responsible for commercial lending in south Snohomish County and will be based in the bank’s Lynnwood branch. Bajczuk is an experienced commercial lender and began his career with City Bank in Lynnwood. Most recently, he was vice president and commercial team leader at Whidbey Island Bank. Mountain Pacific Bank has appointed Mimi MacDonald to be senior vice president and senior credit officer. MacDonald will work in Everett and will have responsibility for credit administration. She has held positions at First Interstate Bank and KeyBank. Most recently, she served as chief credit officer at First Sound Bank.
Sue Clark recently retired after a 27-year career at Gilpin Realty of Snohomish. Her friends and family honored her with a surprise retirement luncheon.
Bothell-based BioLife Solutions says that Rick Stewart, CEO of Kirkland-based Cardiac Dimensions, has joined the board of directors and has been appointed to the Audit Committee. Stewart replaces Howard Breslow, who resigned. Stewart also has served as CEO of Tegris Corp. and had a long career at Eli Lilly.

Eric Newton, a member of the Lynnwood Convention Center food and beverage team, is the recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award. He is the lead cook and stewarding supervisor.
John McKeon, CEO of McKeon Financial, has earned the No. 35 spot on the top-producers list, based on the highest levels of production, with his broker-dealer Independent Financial Group. IFG is based in San Diego and has approximately 500 representatives. McKeon has made the list four years running.
The National Catholic Educational Association has named Everett resident Millie Dooris Judge the 2013 Catholic Elementary School Distinguished Graduate for outstanding personal and professional achievements. Judge was recently elected to the Superior Court of Snohomish County. She previously served as an administrative law judge for the Office of the Snohomish County Hearing Examiner.
Aviation Technical Services has received a 2012 Boeing Performance Excellence Award for work performed by its Component Services business unit in Everett.

The Arlington Community Food Bank has been awarded $2,247 from auto recycler Arlington Pick-n-Pull. Sue Keezer, president of the food bank, said many local residents will receive nutritious meals thanks to the Pick-n-Pull associates.
February marks the 37th anniversary of Klein Honda, the oldest family owned and operated Honda dealership in the Seattle metro area. To mark the milestone, Klein Honda will donate $100 for every vehicle sold in February to the Snohomish County chapter of the American Red Cross. Proceeds from the dealership’s annual charity golf tournament also benefit the organization.
Harris Ford Lincoln and the Mountlake Terrace High School Sports Booster Club recently helped raise $2,450 for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle through Ford Motor Company’s Drive 4 UR Community program. Ford and Harris Ford Lincoln donated $20 for every new Ford and Lincoln vehicle test-driven at the school.
The Mill Creek City Council thanks Waste Management for a generous donation in support of the city’s free community events. Will Ibershof and Jeff McMahon, representing Waste Management, will present the City Council with a $10,000 check during their regular meeting Tuesday.
