Garrett Arrona
Stanwood | Wrestling
After losing to Marysville Pilchuck's Ismael Perez in the championship match of the district final the week earlier, the Spartans 195-pounder got the better of the Tomahawks wrestler in the regional final to win the 195-pound region championship and lead Stanwood to a team regional title.
AJ Jenkins
Cascade | Boys swimming
The Bruins' senior won both of his individual events, the 200-yard freestyle and the 100 butterfly, with personal records and his 100 butterfly time was good enough for All-American consideration at the Northwest District 1 4A swim and dive championship meet.
