The sky is falling! The sky is falling! While astronomers were focused on a large asteroid passing within 17,000 miles of Earth on Friday, the heavens rattled nerves with a smaller but much louder meteorite that streaked across the Russian sky before exploding in the atmosphere and causing shockwaves that injured more than 1,000 people.
Having failed to train the meteorite on a flock of geese with giant magnets, Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius, went back to his Acme Drawing Board, Pat. Pend., and pondered.
