See more than 500 quilts at annual show

Sign up for Weekend to-do list
"Out of This World," the Quilter's Anonymous 32nd annual quilt show, continues today and Sunday at Evergreen State Fairgrounds.

The more than 500 quilts in the show were made by members of the Lynnwood organization in traditional and art quilt styles.

One of the features every year is a raffle. Quilter Deborah Haynes created the 2013 quilts to be raffled, "Lilypalooza, Another Conundrum." Haynes created a stained glass effect in stitchery.

The $7 admission is good for all three days of the show, which opened Friday. Parking is free. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Food and beverages are available for purchase.

The show is at the new events center at the fairgrounds, 14405 179th Ave. SE, Monroe.
