Classes get the week moving

Sign up for Weekend to-do list
If it's Monday, it must be Zumba.

Mix it up at Everett Community College's Weekday Wake-up Fitness Program.

The one-hour classes, starting at 6:30 a.m., are for all exercise levels.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, it's Zumba, dance fitness that incorporates Latin and international music with dance movements.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's cardio and muscle fitness using weight machines, treadmills, rowing machines and exercise bikes.

Wind down the week on Fridays with yoga.

The session runs April 1 to June 7 at the community college fitness center, 2206 Tower St. Cost is $179.

To register, go to www.everettcc.edu/ccec and click on health and fitness, then click on fitness and select Weekday Wake-Up Fitness Program. The deadline is March 30.
