Kids can leap into spring at library's program on frogs

Free entertainment this weekend suitable for the whole family includes celebrating frogs and the coming of spring.
Kids and their mothers and fathers can attend the "Leap and Learn About Frogs" program at the Evergreen branch of the Everett Public Library on Saturday.
"Frog Lady" Thayer Cueter of Just Frogs and Friends Amphibian Center in Edmonds will share her knowledge of frogs and toads and their habitats.
She will introduce rescued amphibians to the group and teach children how to care for these animals.
Cueter will include information about how to make your back yard a friendly environment for frogs.
"Leap and Learn About Frogs" starts at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Evergreen Branch of Everett Public Library, 9512 Evergreen Way, Everett. The program lasts about an hour.
