Learn about when the terns came to Everett
"They" are those sleek, squawking Caspian terns that moved in on the roof of the Kimberly-Clark mill warehouse on Everett waterfront last year when the business closed down.
Joe Meche, former president of the North Cascades Audubon Society, monitored the colony for four and a half months and will give a talk about his findings at the April meeting of the Pilchuck Audubon Society, which the public is invited to attend.
The meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. April 12 at the Everett Firefighters Hall, 2411 Hewitt Ave., Everett.
For more information about the meeting call 425-252-0926.
