Prep boys soccer: Cedarcrest 2, Lakewood 0

DUVALL -- Michael Funk broke the scoreless tie two minutes into the second half and Darian Pendergraft knocked in an unassisted shot from 20-yards out to put the game out of reach for Lakewood as Cedarcrest defeated the Cougars 2-0 in a Cascade Conference game played at Cedarcrest High School on Monday night.
"We made adjustments at half," said Red Wolves head coach Zack Pittis. "We threatened in the first, but couldn't really break through. Darian really put it away with his goal."
