Two men were seen walking away from the car about 1:15 p.m., Edmonds police Sgt. Mark Marsh said. Officers and a police dog located both suspects within about 90 minutes.
Several local schools were put into lockdown as a safety precaution. Some school bus routes also were delayed. Police believe the men may be tied to recent burglaries in the area.
