Alder Way is an exciting new 50-home neighborhood of Pacific Ridge homes located near the junction of I-5 and I-405. Nestled among the more established communities in the area, Alder Way offers the hard to find balance of lifestyle, luxury, and, above all, location.

After a successful opening last fall, we’ve already sold out all of phase one,” said David Duncan, listing agent for Alder Way. “Several additional home sites have been released for sale with more to follow so, we’re anticipating some brisk activity in the coming weeks.”

Homes in Alder Way range from 1,561 to 2,461 square feet in three and four bedroom configurations. There are eight exciting new floor plans to choose from all of which were created just for this neighborhood. There are also hundreds of customizable options available for buyers to put their own finishing touches on a new home.

Besides the exciting new homes, the best part of Alder Way is its location. Workers at Boeing and Paine Field will love the short drive. Commuters to Seattle and Everett will appreciate the easy freeway access. Alderwood Mall, with all of its premium dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities, is literally within walking distance from the community. Parents will enjoy the convenient neighborhood park and prestigious Edmonds School District.

Recreational opportunities abound nearby including the Lynnwood Athletic Complex, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, Mukilteo ferry, and Martha Lake County Park.

“It’s truly about location,” explained Duncan. “Alder Way sits among some very nice neighborhoods and mature landscapes in the area. We’re so close to Alderwood, the freeways, the islands. There’s something for everyone here.”

Standard features on every home include high quality GE appliances, warm toned birch kitchen cabinetry with concealed hinges, chrome Moen and Olympia faucets, state-of-the-art cabling and network wiring, and high-efficiency forced air natural gas furnaces with programmable thermostats.

“Our standards can be costly upgrades at other new home communities,” said Duncan. “You get a lot of home for your money with Pacific Ridge.”

Homes here start in the low $300’s and there are currently five new homes available for quick move in.

“We have a furnished model available for viewing and buyers can walk through any of the homes currently under construction,” said Duncan.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and other times by appointment. Driving directions are available at www.pacificridgehomes.com.
