EDMONDS — Officials are asking anyone with videos or photos of a police incident in Edmonds on Saturday to come forward.
A 28-year-old man reportedly stole his parents’ black Audi sedan and was driving it near the waterfront downtown about 2:40 p.m. Saturday. People called 911 to report him driving erratically and acting strangely, according to police.
Officers spotted the car and tried to pull it over, but the man drove off, Edmonds police Sgt. Mark Marsh said. Officers ended up blocking the sedan in with their patrol cars.
After being arrested, the man reportedly kicked out a police car window.
Several people in the area were seen taking videos or pictures of the incident, Marsh said. Anyone with images or additional information should call 425-775-7727 or email bob.barker@edmondswa.gov.
