Updated, June 17: The babies are no longer babies. The three remaining youngsters fledged over the weekend. We hope you enjoyed watching them just as much as we did.

A pair of crows is putting on a welcome show just outside the Herald building. The parents built a nest in a pine tree, and the chicks hatched just a few days ago. Throughout the day, the parents have been coming and going, feeding their babies (five of them, as best as we can count) and keeping them warm.
We’ve all enjoyed watching them so much that we’ve set up a Web cam so you can share the fun with us. The image refreshes every 15 seconds. Check back often, baby birds grow amazingly fast. Within a month, they’ll look almost like the adults.
