A Jersey shore resort town on Wednesday passed a law prohibiting people from wearing saggy pants that expose skin or underwear while strolling on its boardwalk.
At least one law school professor says she thinks the law is probably unconstitutional. Concurring with that assessment were noted legal scholars Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.
