Police alert Warm Beach residents of sex offender

    Brian David Ormsby, 49, will be living in the 8300 block of 184th Street NW, in the Warm Beach area. He is a convicted sex offender.

STANWOOD -- Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who is moving to the Warm Beach area.
Brian David Ormsby, 49, will be living in the 8300 block of 184th Street NW, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office. He is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend.
His convictions include rape, unlawful imprisonment and assault. His convictions date from the early 1980s through 2009. His victims were boys aged 5 to 17.
He is described as white, about 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
