Man accused of firing pellet gun at dog

The dog was not injured

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE -- A Mountlake Terrace man was cited for reckless endangerment on Tuesday night after reportedly firing a pellet gun at a neighbor's dog.
The man was upset about the dog urinating in his yard in the 22100 block of 43rd Avenue W, according to a Mountlake Terrace police memo.
The dog's owner was walking his pet at the time. He thought the man was shooting at him with a firearm and called police about 8:19 p.m.
Multiple police officers converged on the scene. They recovered the pellet gun. The dog was not hurt.
