Snohomish man killed in crash east of Arlington

ARLINGTON -- A Snohomish man died Wednesday after his Ford Explorer struck a power pole on Highway 530 east of Arlington.
The identity of the man, 49, was not released Wednesday morning, pending notification of his family.
The crash was reported around 4 a.m. He died at the crash scene.
Troopers said his vehicle failed to make a curve and went off the roadway, striking the power pole.
