Man who died in Highway 529 rollover ID'd

EVERETT -- A man who died in a rollover collision on Highway 529 last week was identified Tuesday as Kyle A. Finch, 26, of Mukilteo.
Finch was a passenger in a Ford Explorer that struck a guard rail and rolled over Friday night on the highway in the north end of Everett. Finch was ejected and died at the scene from head injuries.
The driver, a Bellevue man, 54, may face a vehicular homicide charge. Police allege he was high on heroin at the time.
The highway was closed Friday night while Everett police began their investigation.
