Just caught the breaking news this Monday morning regarding the apprehension of the second young person charged in the violent murder of the elderly World War II veteran in Spokane a few days ago during a violent robbery. Where and why is there no vitriolic outrage over this incident (with obvious reverse dynamics) vs, the mass outrage over the recent verdict in a Florida court case? Seems to many of us to be a very defined, very different social reaction to these two tragic incidents. And for what “good” reason is that? Seems as though “balance” no longer exists?
