SMOKEY POINT -- The woman who died early Monday when her car struck a sign while exiting I-5 has been identified as Blanca E. Garcia, 28, of Mount Vernon.
Her Acura exited the freeway at 172nd Street NE just before 3 a.m. Monday. The car drifted off the roadway, struck a sign and rolled, the Washington State Patrol reported.
