Obamacare

It was ruled a tax, so let's call it that

For all the bellyaching and teeth gnashing, why aren't the press, medical community and taxpayers up in arms calling Obamacare what it is legally defined as -- a tax? If you look at the numbers closely, nobody is willing to call this act what it will cause; the largest per person tax increase America has ever seen. It consumes 7 percent of our economy. It drastically reduces provider payments causing doctors to just quit. It was a total lie that you will save big money on your insurance because most now have catastrophically higher payments.
Obamacare now has tens of millions more with free coverage. So what part of unworkable doesn't the American public understand? So as your IRS agent tackles your income to pay for all this ... just remember where it came from. Democrats in DC. You voted for them, you are now about to pay through the nose for the privilege of putting them there. If you never met a tax you didn't like, you should be extra happy. But if you think this will be a good thing, I can say from experience that every European I have met doesn't have to worry about their health care at all ... but they are some of the most unhappy people I have ever met. Their chance to improve their lot in life is nearly zero. Do you really want that for America? I don't.
