BOTHELL — Police in Bothell say a car drove through a fence, off a parking lot and onto the roof of an apartment complex but no one was hurt.
Police spokeswoman Denise Langford said the female driver in her 60s had gone through a Chase bank drive-through Tuesday afternoon when she lost control and went through a fence at the end of a parking lot.
The Seattle Times reported that Langford said the front of the driver’s white Hyundai went off an embankment overlooking a small apartment complex, and the front wheels landed on the complex’s roof.
A witness estimated the gap between the parking lot and the roof of the apartment complex to be about 15 to 20 feet.
The spokeswoman said the car was towed away.
