PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles left Sunday’s game against Dallas with a head injury.
Foles was sacked by George Selvie and Jarius Wynn on the final play of the third quarter. He walked to the sideline on his own power and was evaluated by trainers. Foles walked to the locker room as the fourth quarter started.
Foles started at quarterback for the second straight week with Michael Vick inactive because of an injured left hamstring. He was 11 of 29 for 80 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.
Backup quarterback rookie Matt Barkley came into the game and was intercepted three times to complete the meltdown.
