ARLINGTON — A flood watch was issued Tuesday morning for high water along the Stillaguamish and Snoqualmie rivers, although any flooding is expected to be minor.
The National Weather Service said the watch would remain in effect until 7 p.m.
The Stillaguamish River was expected to crest before noon just below flood stage at Arlington. The Snoqualmie, a tributary of the Snohomish River, was still rising this morning.
River levels were spurred by heavy rains overnight.
