BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Boise man is charged with not telling a sexual partner that he is infected with the virus that causes AIDS.
Prosecutors charged James S. Lamorie, 40, with transferring of body fluids containing the HIV virus.
A sexual partner of Lamorie reported in August that he learned of Lamorie’s HIV infection after they engaged in sex.
Lamorie was arrested Thursday on a warrant that listed his bond at $100,000. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
