Everett vs. Vancouver lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:
Winquist-Bauml-Sandhu
Leedahl-Khaira-Stadnyk
DeRoose-Low-Aasman
Fonteyne-Nikolishin-Zipp

Defensive pairings:
Pufahl-Juulsen
Betker-Davis
MacDonald-Adam

Goaltenders:
Lotz
Cotton

Scratches: Bajkov, Hayer, Mueller.

Notes: Everett has just 20 available bodies as defenseman Mirco Mueller is with Switzerland for the World Junior Hockey Championships, while center Manraj Hayer (concussion) and winger Patrick Bajkov (upper body) are out injured. That requires Everett to dress seven defensemen, with Micheal Zipp slated for fourth-line duty. Austin Lotz makes his 13th straight start in goal.

VANCOUVER

Forward lines:
Hamilton-Sward-Traber
Foster-Popoff-Lofthouse
Franson-Houck-Baer
Elson-McEvoy-Trzonkowski

Defensive pairings:
Kulak-Thrower
Morrison-Orban
Dosanjh/Atwal-Osipov

Goaltenders:
Rathjen
Lee

Scratches: Ronning, Ast, Leone, Geertsen, Dosanjh/Atwal.

Notes: The Giants make at least two changes from Friday's 3-0 victory over Everett in Vancouver, as forwards Rob Trzonkowski and Alex Baer come into the lineup for Anthony Ast and Ty Ronning. A third change also could take place as both of defensemen Arvin Atwal and Shaun Dosanjh will take the warm-up, but just one will dress. Defenseman Mason Geertsen is serving the second game of a three-game suspension handed down by the league for a checking-to-the-head major penalty taken against Victoria on Tuesday.
