Prep girls basketball: Stanwood 53, Oak Harbor 34

STANWOOD — Julie Heichel scored a game-high 19 points to lead Stanwood to a win over Oak Harbor, putting the Spartans in a tie for first place in the Wesco 3A North division after an Everett loss. Joanna Leete led Oak Harbor with 17 points in the loss.
