SEATTLE — Cheering fans and a roaring 747 have greeted the Seattle Seahawks at the end of their Super Bowl victory parade.
The team arrived Wednesday afternoon at CenturyLink Field, where thousands of fans had gathered for an event to cap the parade. Shortly after 2 p.m., a Boeing 747 painted with the Seahawks logo flew low over the stadium.
The parade began near the Space Needle and traveled about two miles through downtown to the Seahawks’ home stadium.
