The University Book Store at Mill Creek has two events coming up to keep in mind:
J.A. Jance will read from and sign her new novel featuring sleuth and former reporter Ali Reynolds at 7 p.m. Monday.
“Moving Target” finds Reynolds solving crimes on two continents: an unsolved murder from 1950s England where she’s visiting, and a crime spree unfolding in Texas.
“Moving Target” lists at $25.99.
Meet Seattle author Amy Hatvany as she talks about her latest novel, “Safe With Me,” at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
“Safe With Me” tells the tale of two women whose lives are connected by the death of one’s daughter and the fragile health of the other’s daughter, whose life is saved by an organ donation from the dead girl.
Hatvany will sign books at the event. “Safe With Me” lists at $15.
The University Book Store is at 15311 Main St., Mill Creek Town Center. Call 425-385-3530 for more information or go their website, www.bookstore.washington.edu for other author events.
