Minor flooding possible in Western Washington rivers

The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued a watch for minor flooding for Western Washington-area rivers through late Sunday night.
A flood watch means conditions are present that could lead to flooding but that flooding is not imminent or occurring.
The watch applies to all or part of nine counties, including all of Snohomish County.
No specific rivers are mentioned as a risk to overtop their banks. Online information as of late Saturday afternoon showed Snohomish County rivers nearing minor flooding stages but leveling off.
Forecasts show an 80 percent chance of rain for Sunday. Two to four inches of snow is expected to fall in the Cascades and Olympics through Sunday night.
