Comcast Community Ice Rink is opening up from 2:15 to 5:15 p.m. Sunday for free skate lessons.
Coaches and skaters will start the event off with demonstrations. If it looks like fun, guests can lace up their blades (free skate rentals) and take part in a short lesson.
Skaters will all get a free raffle ticket for a passel of prizes including a Learn to Skate package valued at $120, public skating packages and discounts on skating lessons.
Wear something green — St. Patrick’s Day is Monday — and you’ll get an additional chance at the prizes.
Comcast Community Ice Rink at Comcast Arena is at 2000 Hewitt, Everett. Entrance to the ice rink is on Broadway.
