Emergency 911 service was down in Snohomish County on Thursday morning, mirroring trouble throughout Washington and Oregon.
Until the problem is fixed, people in need of police, fire and other emergency services are urged to call 10-digit backup numbers.
For Everett and most of north and east county, which is served by SNOPAC, that’s 425-407-3970.
For south county, which is served by SNOCOM, that’s 425-775-4545.
