MILL CREEK — Frost Doughnuts plans expansion in Town Center
Frost Doughnuts is planning to expand its business at a new location in the Mill Creek Town Center in early May.
The shop’s new digs are set to feature twice the space and a dessert lounge. The business is also planning to expand its culinary offerings with new cupcakes, soft-serve frozen custard and a coffee bar.
The 3,200-square-foot shop is located at 15217 Main Street, Suite 106 in the Mill Creek Town Center.
The new shop is expected to boast a dozen rotating cupcake flavors, such as cherry limeade, creme brulee and lemon meringue. Frost is planning to present gluten-free cupcakes in German chocolate and red velvet.
Snoqualmie Ice Cream is partnering with Frost to produce the custom custard flavors, served with housemade toppings in cannoli cones.
Victrola Coffee Roasters is helping Frost launch its coffee blend.
Frost is also planning several new doughnut flavors, including Froissants, the shop’s take on the croissant-doughnut hybrid.
The location’s interior is expected to showcase two cupcake chandeliers that change color for events and seasons. Northwest Woodworks, of Woodinville, is building custom display cases.
