Another for the doggy bag: Kraft Foods announced it was recalling 96,000 pounds of Oscar Mayer “Classic Wieners” because they may contain cheese.

The announcement marked the first time an Oscar Meyer product was recalled because it contained an ingredient that could be identified.

Drop of a hat: Dropping their sixth straight game, the Seattle Mariners gave up a late lead to the Miami Marlins on Sunday to lose 3-2.

A reminder: Friday is Mariners Beard Hat Night at Safeco Field. Special turnstiles will be set up so the first 20,000 fans can pick up their hats and then walk out of the ballpark.
