It’s time to get your hands dirty in the garden.

Expand your spring planting dollars by shopping at special sales offered by garden clubs, schools, community groups, churches and local plant foundations.

Many sales are just in time for Mother’s Day.

APRIL

Snohomish High School Plant Biology and FFA: 2:30 to 5 p.m. April 24 and 25 and May 1, 2, 8 and 9; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 26, May 3 and 20, Snohomish High School greenhouse, 1316 Fifth St., Snohomish.
