Sheriff warns of sex offender believed to be homeless

EVERETT — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who is believed to be homeless and living in Snohomish County.
Kevin Scott Miller, 45, is a Level III offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend.
He has two convictions for aggravated sexual assault from Canada related to incidents in the 1990s.
In one case, Miller gave a ride to a 14-year-old girl, used a rope to choke her until she was unconscious and sexually assaulted her.
The second case involved Miller choking and sexually assaulting a woman he met at a nightclub.
He is described as white, and about 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
