A new receiver, a naked running back and a video game cover: your Wednesday Seahawks links

First off, if you missed it earlier this morning, the Seahawks are signing former Husky receiver Kevin Smith today, provided he passes his physical.

Marshawn Lynch may not like revealing himself through interviews, but he’s going to reveal plenty in this year’s body issue of ESPN the magazine.

The official cover of EA Sports’ Madden 15 has been released, and it’s just Richard Sherman, not the entire Legion of Boom, which is what the cornerback said he wanted after he won the fan vote to be on the cover.

And speaking of fan voting, you can now vote for ESPN’s ESPY Awards here. The Seahawks are up for best team, Pete Carroll for best coach and Russell Wilson for best NFL player.

If you missed it yesterday, the Seahawks released info on their open training camp dates. Also, they released rookie DT Andru Pulu Tuesday.

And if you missed it in Sunday’s Herald, I looked at some players who stood out in offseason workouts, which wrapped up with last week’s minicamp.
